Whether you’re sharing a major constitutional ruling or a lesser-known decision with local significance, your input strengthens this database.
Submissions must include:
Case Name & Date
The full official name of the case and corresponding date (s).
Case Status
The current status of the case; e.g., ongoing, appealed, decided in favour of the plaintiff, etc.
Jurisdiction
The country and jurisdiction of the case.
Citation
The official case citation as stated in court documents.
Court Level
The level of the court within the judicial system where the case was heard (e.g., High Court, Supreme Court, etc.)
Legal Instrument(s)
The legal instruments the court relied on in the case (e.g., legislation, constitutional provisions, treaties, or regulations).
Case Summary
A concise summary of the case (~ 250 words) clearly presenting the key facts, legal question, ruling and significance of the decision.
Credible Sources
Legal documentation, reliable media sources, academic journal articles, etc.
